We’re not looking for everyone — we’re looking for ready.

Step 2 — Review & Acceptance
We evaluate fit, direction, and market readiness.
If there’s alignment, we move forward.

Step 3 — Agency Agreement
Accepted artists sign a non-exclusive agency agreement.
No upfront fees. No ownership. No long-term lock-ins.

Step 4 — Opportunity Sourcing
We source and coordinate paid opportunities —
bookings, collaborations, production connections, and releases.

All outreach and negotiations are handled by the agency during active opportunities.

Step 5 — Execution & Payment
You get paid.
We take a 27% commission only on work we bring.

If we don’t create value, we don’t get paid.
