Artists retain full ownership of their music and visual content at all times. Bonehead Mafia does not claim ownership of masters, publishing, or creative rights unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Are there any upfront fees?
No.
Bonehead Mafia does not charge upfront fees for representation. The agency earns through commission and content monetization only when value is created.

We do not take commissions on work artists secure independently.
How does content monetization work?
As part of representation, artists participate in BoneheadMafia’s content distribution system.

This applies only to content hosted and managed by the agency.
Why does Bonehead Mafia take a percentage of content revenue?
The agency handles distribution, uploads, optimization, monetization, and platform management for content hosted on Bonehead Mafia platforms. The revenue split reflects the work and infrastructure involved in running and monetizing those channels.
Can I still upload to my own YouTube or social platforms?
